How to make mint chutney


The Recipe

A healthy Indian side dip made with fresh mint leaves and spices

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  2. ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves (optional)
  3. 1 green chili
  4. 1-inch peeled ginger
  5. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  6. ½ tsp cumin powder
  7. ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  8. 2–3 tbsp water (as needed)

Method:

  1. Add all the ingredients to the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed for consistency.
  3. Taste and adjust salt and lemon juice.
  4. Serve fresh with snacks like pakoras.
