
The Recipe
A healthy Indian side dip made with fresh mint leaves and spices
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- ½ cup fresh cilantro leaves (optional)
- 1 green chili
- 1-inch peeled ginger
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 2–3 tbsp water (as needed)
Method:
- Add all the ingredients to the blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding water as needed for consistency.
- Taste and adjust salt and lemon juice.
- Serve fresh with snacks like pakoras.
