Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 pear chopped
  • 1 apple chopped
  • 5 strawberries chopped
  • 1/4 Tsp. black pepper
  • Β½ Tsp chaat masala
  • ΒΌ Tsp salt
  • 1 Tsp whole cumin roasted (quick roast in a dry fry pan)
  • coarsely grind the cumin in a mortar and pestle
  • 1 Tsp lemon


Directions

  • Place chopped fruit in a large mixing bowl
  • Add pepper, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder
  • Mix well, without mashing the fruit
  • Add the lemon and gently mix
  • Chill for 10 minutes and serve
